The center - Centro Empresarial de São Paulo aims to garantee users total freedom and reliability in our protection system. There is a series of precaution measures that are the key of our success when it comes to security.

The condo counts on a 24/7 monitoring, through motor bikers and dogs watch, firefighters and more than 140 security guards and security agents. These people often participate of national and international courses. Security and agility in accident prevention is one of our strongest points.

Building surveillance works 24/7. Two motorcycles and a car equipped with a two-way radio, are used for that purpose. Vehicles are driven by licensed and specialized security guards.

In order to monitor what happens in the streets and other areas in the complex, 125 last generation cams were installed in the elevators, along the 7 blocks, inside the shopping center, doors, gardens and parking lots. The cams can zoom in up to 60 times, and can capture clear images in a 500m range.

The Center- Centro Empresarial de São Paulo counts on a staff of 12 "Basic Essentials of Fire Fighters" certified and highly qualified firemen. This certificate is the very same North American professionals are required. The assignments for these certifications are: Vertical rescuing, first aid techniques, fire fighting, pre-hospitalization care, which keeps our accident rates next to zero at all times.

The center also maintains a medical care center where all emergency cases are sent to.

The rescuing team is known as “Urgent Removal Service”, and first aid is performed by firemen, doctors and nurses.
